Andrew Devon

Andrew Devon – Andrew is the director of Salvia Fundraising which he launched in 2002.  Andrew's main experience is in raising funds from charitable trusts and foundations, the Big Lottery Fund and statutory sources.  He has raised funds for revenue and capital projects, and major building appeals. He is particularly passionate about helping charities that find it difficult to get funding.  He has great skills in mentoring and training with the aim of charities becoming more aware of the different areas of fundraising.  He has been a trustee of The Fed (now Possability People) previously a board member of Milton House, a member Amnesty UK's Membership Sub-Committee and chair of the Institute of Fundraising’s South-East Region from 2008 until 2011.

Shirley Illsley 

Associate Fundraiser

Shirley also has a background of practical experience gained from working with a variety of charities local, regional and national. Successfully she has generated funds for both capital projects and revenue income using her skills working with community fundraising, trusts, retail and direct mail. Her key areas of expertise include donor development and database management.
